01. SUPERB LOCATION IN OURIKA VALLEY
The highlight of the Kasbah Bab Ourika is surely its prime location perched on a hill overlooking the marvelous Ourika Valley just 45 minutes drive from the center of Marrakech. On its hilltop, at the apex of the Ourika Valley, it looks down to the river, green fields and groves of olives, oranges and lemons, and up to the dazling snowy mountain peaks. With 360 degree panoramic views, Kasbah Bab Ourika recevies warm sunlight all day, ending in spectacular sunsets.
02. AUTHENTIC ROOMS
Guest can relax in individually decorated rooms with their own terraces or unwind by the secluded swimming pool. Above all the Kasbah offers peace and relaxation in the spectacular surrounding, a memorable escape from the hustle of the western world. The Kasbah has 26 rooms. All are individually decorated and have stunning views of the Atlas, the national park and the Valley of Ourika. There are 15 rooms in the main Kasbah building and 12 rooms in the gardens including 2 pool suites. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, many with fireplace and terrace.
03. The Charming Gardens
The entire retreat is situated in the gardens. At the front taking the whole Ourika Valley, is a spacious sitting room with fireplace and film/reading corner, an open kitchen and sitting area with terrace next to the biologic gardens. The sliding glass roof lets the fresh air in and ideal for star gazing in the warmer months. We enjoyed so much spending entire afternoons in the gardens, just relaxing and reading books. If the premises of the Kasbah are not enough for your adventurous mind, you can venture down to the Ourika Valley and explore the olive orchards along the river.
